By accessing or using StageFinder.Live ("Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who submits content to the Service.
StageFinder.Live is a free event discovery platform that aggregates live entertainment events from local venues across Colorado. We collect event information through automated scraping of publicly available venue websites, manual entry by our team, and voluntary submissions by venues and bands. The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising.
StageFinder.Live aggregates event information from venue websites through automated scraping and user submissions for informational and promotional purposes. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, event details including dates, times, cover charges, and cancellations are subject to change without notice.
Users are encouraged to verify event details directly with the venue before attending. StageFinder.Live is not liable for any inconvenience, loss, or damages resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated event information.
Venues and bands may submit event and venue information through our self-submit portal. By submitting content, you represent that:
All submissions are reviewed by our team before being published. We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove any submission at our sole discretion, including submissions that are inaccurate, promotional in nature beyond standard event listings, or otherwise inappropriate.
By submitting content, you grant StageFinder.Live a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content through the Service.
You agree not to:
StageFinder.Live collects publicly available event information from venue websites through automated scraping. This scraping is promotional in nature — its purpose is to surface venue events to potential attendees at no cost to the venue. If you represent a venue and wish to be removed from our scraping list, contact us at info@stagefinder.live and we will comply promptly and offer the self-submit portal as an alternative.
The StageFinder.Live name, logo, and original site content are owned by StageFinder.Live, LLC. Event information aggregated from public sources remains the property of its respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our original content without written permission.
The Service contains links to third-party websites (venue sites, ticket platforms) and displays third-party advertisements through Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Links and advertisements do not constitute endorsement.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY EVENT INFORMATION DISPLAYED ON THE SERVICE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STAGEFINDER.LIVE, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS FREE, THIS AMOUNT IS ZERO.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StageFinder.Live, LLC and its officers, directors, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.
Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at info@stagefinder.live and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Colorado, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property disputes. If a dispute proceeds in court rather than arbitration, it shall be heard in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
We agree to pay arbitration fees if they are deemed excessive. Any claim arising from your use of the Service must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
